Pierre - I received today your sampleset (my order is
A0999 Laura Massy) and would like instructions
for use. I used the Deepcleanse 17/F Refreshening
Fluid to clean my skin, and after that the Ginseng
Scrub 031, the Blackhead Remover 211 after that, and
finished up with the Night Cream 86 since it's the evening.
I am very happy with how my skin feels, however,
I want to be sure I am using all of it correctly.

I am just writing for some quick info. I have
been using the sample sets you were kind enough to send
me - thank you - and have now placed an order for the
products. I have noticed a vast improvement in my skin
- the pores in the T-zone no longer look deeply clogged
and I am truly amazed that these products work!
I would like to know, in your experience, how long the
pores take to close up properly. The camphor toner
does a wonderful job but the open pores are still very
visible. Obviously I have only used the products
consecutively for about 2 weeks (and my skin has been
clogged for 27 years!) so I have already had a big improvement
in only a short time - I am just curious to know how
long it will take. Will the pores carry on closing
up and return to normal or does it only get so good?

Hi,
I started using Wondergel and the sample deep cleanser
and toner last week, and already I am seeing results.
My pores are looking much better, I am quite impressed.
However, my skin has become very dry. I use no other
cleansers or soaps and don't wear makeup. I know the
problem is complicated because of it being winter and
having the heat on all the time. What can I use to moisturize
my skin without impeding the results from the Wondergel?

set. I've tried using the products and I like the Ginseng
Night Repair, the Herbal Mask and the Sage Scrub. The
products left my skin feeling soft and smooth without
tightness at all. I just want to ask about your cleansers.
They do not lather as other brands do. Can you please
tell me why and is it okay to use a make up remover
of a different brand first followed by one of your cleansers?
